questionI would like Super Green Hosting to manage my domain, is this possible?

You can fully transfer your domain over to Super Green Hosting by obtaining your authorizaton key from your current registrar. To obtain your key you must ensure that:
  • The email address on file with the registrar is one that you can receive transfer requests to.
  • The domain is unlocked. If you change the status of your domain please wait four hours before submitting a request for transfer.
  • The status of your domain is not: locked, pending deletion, pending renewal or expired.
  • You should try to achieve a domain transfer at least 2 weeks before the domain renews to avoid any complications.
  • The domain is over 60 days old

Please then email your domain, order number and key to billing@supergreenhosting.com and we shall action the transfer for you.

If you wish to move any additional domains over to Super Green Hosting to manage they will be charged at the standard rate of $9.95 per year.
